I work mainly in metaphysics, philosophy of religion, and Jewish philosophy, but dabble in epistemology and medieval philosophy, and have interests in logic, the philosophy of mathematics, nineteenth-century idealism, and science fiction.
I received my PhD in philosophy from the University of Notre Dame in 2013, with a dissertation on "Hume-Inspired Metaphysics" (under the direction of Peter van Inwagen and Alvin Plantinga). From 2013-2016 I was an Assistant Professor of Philosopy at Yeshiva University. Since 2016, I've been a member of the Hebrew University philosophy department, where I am currently Senior Lecturer and M.A. adviser.
